Three groups and an Entity sheet
Organization identity, founder and people, profiles (sameAs), then a Markdown table of every value found with where it came from and whether it agrees.
Consistent signals make entity resolution easier, not certain. This checks your own pages and links, not how any assistant describes you.
How we check
A result is a check against a published rule, not a prediction. Every row shows its working.
Links go to the operator's or standards body's own documentation. We do not link to third-party summaries.
Next step
This check belongs to the Understand stage of the Crawl-to-Citation Method. The service below covers the fix; the Diagnostic ranks it against everything else.
Make your company unambiguous to machines
It covers all six method stages, so what this tool finds is ranked against everything else before you commit to any work.
Book the diagnosticWhat the sheet contains, and what it cannot promise.
Still have questions? Book a callA table of every identity fact about your organisation that a machine can read from your site: the schema name, legalName, url and logo, the founder Person, the sameAs profiles, and the names the visible pages use. Each line says where the value was found and whether it agrees with the others. It is the Understand-stage deliverable from the method, so you can fix it line by line.
Consistent signals make entity resolution easier, not certain. Search engines and assistants combine your site with external sources such as profiles, registries and press. This tool checks only the signals you control on your own pages and profile links; it does not say how any knowledge graph or assistant describes you today.
The homepage, plus one about page if the homepage links to /about/, /about-us/, /company/ or a link whose text contains "about" on the same site. Up to eight sameAs URLs are then requested once each with a HEAD request to see whether they answer. Some platforms refuse automated requests, so a non-200 answer is a Warning to check in a browser, not a Fail.
