No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Where GST, VAT, sales tax or a similar tax applies it is added to the invoice at the applicable rate. The full terms are on the Terms of use page.
Yes. Advisory runs month to month after a three-month minimum; after that either side can end it at any month end with 30 days' written notice. A sprint can be ended on 14 days' notice, paying for the work done. The Diagnostic is refundable in full until the kick-off call. Details are in the Terms of use.
