Editorial & AI-use policy
How AISEOExpert.co researches, writes, reviews and updates content, and how AI tools are used.
Last updated
What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything published on AISEOExpert.co: service pages, Insights articles, the Lab, case studies and this site's structured data. It explains who writes the content, what we check before publishing, how we use AI tools, and how we correct mistakes.
Who writes and reviews content
Articles and case studies are published under the AISEOExpert Team byline: they are written by the consultants who do the client work, led by Rajesh Dalsaniya, Founder. Every article shows the byline, the published date and, when it changes, the updated date. Nothing is published that the team did not write or approve.
Evidence and sources
- Claims that depend on facts link to a source. Numbers carry units, dates and the source they come from.
- Articles list their sources at the end. We prefer primary documentation from Google, Bing, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and the standards bodies over commentary.
- We never invent clients, results, testimonials, statistics, credentials, awards or logos. Where real information is pending, the page shows a visible placeholder instead.
- Case studies state the baseline, the time window, what changed and what we cannot attribute to our work. Testimonials appear only with written permission.
What we never promise
We never promise rankings, AI citations or mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot or Google's AI Overviews. No one controls those systems. Our own AI visibility is measured and published in the Lab with the method, the prompt set and the spread between runs.
How we use AI tools
- We use AI assistants for research, outlining, summarising sources and drafting support.
- AI-drafted text is never published without a human rewrite and review against the sources.
- AI tools do not decide what we recommend to clients; the method and the data do.
- We do not use AI to generate fake reviews, personas, quotes or images of people.
AI crawlers and this site
Our robots.txt allows search crawlers and AI crawlers, including those used for model training. That is a deliberate choice for a consultancy whose work is public; we explain the trade-offs to clients and document their own policy as part of the Access stage of the method.
Updates and corrections
Articles are re-checked when the systems they describe change. Material updates are dated on the page. If you find an error, email hello@aiseoexpert.co and we will correct it and note the correction.
Structured data
We only add structured data that matches what is visible on the page. We do not use FAQ, review or rating markup for our own content.
